BANK Café and Bar is open Monday through Friday for Breakfast from 7am to 11am. On weekends, Brunch is served until 3pm.
Lunch is Monday through Friday, 11am to 5pm.
Dinner is Sunday through Thursday, 5pm to 11pm. On Friday and Saturdays we serve food until midnight.
Our Bar is open as long as you are here and well behaved, or until 1:30am, whichever happens first.

BANK Café and Bar is located in the main lobby of the Westin Verasa-Napa, in Downtown Napa’s revitalized Oxbow District along the shores of the Napa River. We are a short walk from most downtown hotels and B&B’s via the Napa River Trail walking and bike path, which runs past our back gates. We are directly across the street from the Napa Valley Wine Train Station, and just a block away from the Oxbow Public Market. If you are driving yourself, valet parking is complimentary in the Westin’s Hotel Garage. Secure bicycle parking is also available.
And since we are just down the hall from our sister restaurant, the Michelin-starred La Toque, their Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine list is also available to our guests at BANK Café and Bar. Location indeed!
ELEVATED COMFORT FOOD
BANK Café and Bar is no ordinary “hotel restaurant”.
Our Chefs strive to bring the absolute freshest, highest quality product to your table, every meal, every day. We purchase whole, closed-herd, heirloom breed hogs from Llano Seco Ranch, which yield us our hand-cut pork chops, house-made breakfast sausage and chorizo, and braised pork belly. We use true farm-fresh eggs from Taramasso Ranch on Old Sonoma Road right here in Napa Valley. We feature Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon from Santa Rosa on our breakfast plates and on our Skuna Bay Salmon BLT at dinner. You will find gorgeous lamb loins, steaks, and poultry from Biagio Artisan Meats. We grind our own burgers from fresh Five Dot Ranch beef; and we bring in the finest seasonal produce from the likes of Bera Ranch in Winters, Tenbrink Farm just over the hill in Suisun Valley, and from our own beds at the Oxbow Community Gardens in the former Copia Center.
YOUR BEVERAGE, ELEVATED
And this is not your average hotel lobby bar.
At BANK Café and Bar we are proud to present a seasonal, fresh approach to your beverage. Our Bartenders source products from our Restaurant Garden and other local purveyors for the many house-made ingredients they use to enhance the finest spirits available.
BANK Cafe and Bar features an amazing selection of spirits; and we taste and select these liquors with the same devotion we bring to our wine list. We are proud to feature a number of treats that you are unlikely to see anywhere else: a 1965 Single Grain Scotch, a 1965 Darroze Armagnac, Hennessy Richard Cognac, J. M Rhums, Pappy Van Winkle 23 year old Bourbon, Don Julio 70th Anniversary’s charcoal filtered Anejo Tequila, and Nolet Reserve Gin, among others.
Our artisan cocktail list runs the gamut from serious to whimsical and changes to reflect seasonal garnishes and mixes. We produce our own bitters, ginger beer, shrubs, and other tinctures as well as a strawberry “drinking vinegar” and house-fermented Kombucha.
BRUNCH THE WAY IT SHOULD BE
On Saturdays and Sundays we embrace the philosophy of “The Westin Weekend” and serve brunch from 7am all the way until 3pm.
Our Chefs reach beyond the traditional to bring you freshly fried Chilaquilles, spicy-sweet and crispy Chicken and Waffles, Lobster Omelets, and Chef Ken’s famous Huevos Bendictios with our house-made chorizo and Chipotle Hollandaise. Paired with a Bloody Mary from our bar and served on the sun-drenched patio or in our cozy dining room, it’s how this whole brunch thing was intended to be.
FRENCH REGIONAL DINNERS
BANK Café and Bar also presents a series of weekly French Regional menus. These popular menus visit a different region of France starting every Monday. For a country smaller than California, France has a surprising abundance of deeply satisfying local cuisines. Ken Frank’s landmark Napa Valley restaurant and proud recipient of a coveted Michelin Star, moved to the new Westin Verasa Napa in September 2008. La Toque’s beautiful home at the Westin, adjacent to the Oxbow Public Market, is at the heart of a newly vibrant downtown Napa.
The menus evolve constantly to show off each season’s finest ingredients. We have developed a network of local farmers and purveyors who supply us with some of the finest foods in the world. We aim to optimize the flavors in these exceptionally fresh products and create dishes that harmonize with great wine. The Core Menu features a broad range of dishes from which you can create your own multi-course experience. Our Chef’s Table and Vegetable Tasting Menus are both prixe fixe dégustation menus intended to be experienced by the entire table.
Optional Wine Pairings offer a unique opportunity to to enjoy a wide range of styles and flavors. Our sommeliers explore the world of wine both far and near to find the perfect wine for each dish. They bring their years of wine pairing experience directly to your table, and add a unique layer of intimate wine service unmatched by other restaurants.
